1) graduation: I have been in a weird post-graduate limbo where I don’t really have to worry about what I’m doing now, or what I’m doing in the fall (since I’m returning to school.) I feel extremely strange, despite the lack of anything to really worry about. I am coping by overindulging in playing opportunities as a form of distraction.

2) i got home at 4AM yesterday and it was starting to become light outside. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

3) aforementioned playing opportunities:

Thursday June 3 and Friday June 4, 8PM – A new performance of Natalie Weiss’s Camp Wanatachi will be held at 3 Legged Dog in the Financial District (60 Greenwich St, take the 1 to Rector Street) – new cast, new songs, new lots of things! If you buy a ticket you can get into the afterparty on June 4th for free at the same place. Buy tickets now, and if you do Facebook still, attend the event for the show and afterparty. General admission is $15.

Saturday June 5 (8pm) and Sunday June 6 (3PM) Chelsea Symphony, conducted by Ankush Kumar Bahl and Yaniv Segal, at St. Paul’s Church (315 West 22nd St, C,E to 23rd street). Repertoire is a world premiere of Gross’s Suite for Strings, Mendelssohn’s Overture to A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 in G Minor, Saint-Saëns’s Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, and Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll.

Friday, June 11, 12 and 13 (all 11AM) – Come see a performance of Eric Lemmon‘s The Cure at Troy in the Figment 2010 Festival on Governor’s Island! It’s a nice ferry ride :)

Thursday, June 17 (8pm) – Cadillac Moon Ensemble performs at Issue Project Room!
