Uhmn, in other news, I found an album of music on Naxos with things by Ahmet Adnan Saygun, Muammer Sun, Sami Ucar, and Ekrem Zeki Un that was pretty cool. Bartok, Kodaly and Rozsa weren’t the only composers with a boner for folk music. The stuff by Ekrem Zeki Un for violin was pretty cool and available via Interlibrary Loan (which is awesome!).

School got canceled again. Apparently this doesn’t happen very often. Steinhardt is open though, so I’m debating whether or not I should go practice or if I should go food shopping and do my laundry in the neighborhood.
